Vermont

2010

In Vermont, a constitutional referendum has been passed by both the House and Senate, and is awaiting final approval in 2010. If passed, this bill would ask voters to allow 17 year-old residents to vote in primary elections if they were turning 18 by the date of that year’s general election.

2008

Vermont is a non-initiative state.

There were no legislative referenda for the 2008 ballot.
