WGME: Some Maine educators are weighing in on the taxpayer bill of rights we'll be voting on next month. They're asking voters to reject the measure that would limit growth in Maine government spending. The head of the Maine Education Association said on Saturday that TABOR would be a big step back for Maine's schools. TABOR supporters say the measure would simply control annual spending increases, and would not cut any state budget.
