Dayton Business Journal: Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner won't review the approved ballot language for a proposed referendum on the state's new payday lending law, a spokesman from Brunner's office said. Rivals in the payday lending issue have been arguing over how the referendum was to be worded on the November ballot initiative, which will be put before voters if industry proponent Ohioans for Financial Freedom submits enough valid signatures to the state by the end of the month.
