Associated Press: A state senator says recent legal victories by supporters of restricting state government spending have revived the so-called taxpayer-bill-of-rights issue in Oklahoma. At any rate, Brogdon says he is sponsoring a bill to refer TABOR to a vote of the people without having to have another initiative petition drive.
