The Oklahoman: Voters will consider: Whether statewide elected officials should face term limits; Whether state voters should have to produce identification at the polls; Whether there should be changes in the makeup of the state's reapportionment commission, which would step in if lawmakers cannot agree on drawing new legislative districts after the next census; Whether state funding per pupil should be raised to the regional average.The per-pupil funding question stems from an initiative petition circulated by supporters, including the Oklahoma Education Association.
