The Associated Press: Supporters of a ballot measure to cut North Dakota's income tax say they've lined up a group of legislators to help fix some mistakes in the bill. Some mistakes were made in drafting the measure. It reduces the income tax for some taxpayers by 45 percent instead of 50 percent. And in two of the tax brackets, some income wouldn't be taxed at all. Republican congressional candidate Duane Sand is chairman of the initiative campaign. He says if the measure is approved, six legislators have already promised to sponsor a bill to remedy the mistakes in the bill.
