Fox News 23: Legislation has been introduced in the assembly to put a measure on the ballot for the November 2009 elections. Supporters say the 5 billion dollar clean water, clean air and green jobs bond act will create long term improvements to energy efficiency and create green-collar jobs. This possible ballot measure is a proposal at this point; the nature conservancy hopes this measure will be approved by the end of legislative session.
